What is Little Rhody Rescue?

 

Little Rhody Rescue is a small group of friends who share a love for dogs. We rescue dogs from animal shelters in Tennessee that are considered to be “high kill” shelters. Every dog we rescue is spayed and neutered after being rescued. They are then checked for Heartworm disease, vaccinated, de-wormed, and given the necessary medications prescribed by a veterinarian. We then quarantine them and transport them. Our group has been active for over 12 years and have put over 8,000 of our rescue dogs into loving homes with caring families. We completely abide by Federal and local regulations regarding the rescuing, sheltering, and adopting of these precious rescues.
